Echo Zines has been making zines since 2001, 25 years ago! Their zines, mini-zines, and comics talk about daily life, activism, queer-feminism, finding community, self-care, diy culture, witchcraft, touring with their queer band(s), and more. Some of Echo Zines’ titles are Queer Quest, Dirty Lesbian, Same Heartbeats, and Do it Yourself Care. Queer Quest is a playful mini-zine series that includes issues with instructions for writing a queer song by using dice, games to play at the sea, and a queer choose-your-own adventure. In the fanzine YngWHO they write about being a queer fan of an 80s guitarist and Dirty Lesbian is a perzine about embracing and reclaiming lesbian-feminism (trans-inclusive + fighting lesbophobia within feminist spaces). They also design postcards, stickers, and buttons.
