Ghost City Queers is an art collective of queer artists who intersect with other marginalized communities. They were founded by a black trans non-binary queer who wanted to create a space celebrating what keeps us going as marginalized peoples and an opportunity for them to make money from our art. Among the 5 members they are queer, trans, bipoc, fat and disabled.
GCQ make a variety of zines all containing illustrations, poetry, embroidery, and short stories on a specific subject: cats, NYC bodega cats, draglesque, fruit and gay sex. They also make stickers, pins, and magnets that fall under the same category.
